The Kop Zuidas is located in the northeast of the Zuidas. The area is adjacent to the Rivierenbuurt residential area and is within walking distance of the River Amstel. Kop Zuidas is easily accessible by car and public transport: the A10 orbital motorway and RAI railway station are just around the corner.
In 2009 the new district council offices and Luminuz apartment building were completed. The new synagogue(SeARCH) in the area won the Amsterdam Architecture Prize and the new ROC Amsterdam Zuid college(Ector Hoogstad Architecten) was delivered in May 2012.
